The Exper Leadership Journey is a 6-12 month long partnership that starts with an Appreciative Inquiry with key stakeholders, followed by a series of programs, workplace projects and coaching.

This residential workshop helps teams energize, develop synergies, break silos, unblock communication channels, and embrace a more achievement oriented mindset. The workshop helps teams learn to collaborate and engage with energy and strategic intent.

Participants examine their natural persuasion style and understand how  to play win-win, look for mutual gains and learn how to frame and present their arguments, reason with the other side, create options, and remove barriers to reach agreement.

Leverages psychometric instruments such as MBTI, FIRO-B, Thomas Kilmann, and DISC as well as carefully designed context specific role plays to help participants build more fulfilling and productive relationships at work.

Equips participants with knowledge about critical thinking, skill them to help themselves and others in avoiding the pitfalls, provide them with tools for better quality of decisions, especially in ambiguous situations and be able to drive better group decision-making (both effective and efficient).

Participants learn how to deeply understand the current state of their DRs (skills, behaviors, roles, performance), explore the desired state (aspirations, expectations), and focus on guiding them towards thoughtful and measurable actions with accountability.

Derived from the 'world cafe' format, our practical and organizational specific framework helps senior teams share their views and brainstorm in smaller groups around the current state of things, desired objectives, key gaps, and top actions that need to be addressed & then share and consolidate those as a larger team.
